We offer Three levels of On-Site Computer Support to meet all of your service needs.

 1.) On-Site Low Priority, Home or Business Service. Average service appointment time of 2-3 business days.

•  $48.50 per hour. 1st half hour charged in advance. Charged at end of job. If job is more than 30 minutes drive time from our office, a $15.00 service charge will apply to this tier.

 2.) On-Site High Priority, Home or Business Service. Service appointment within 24 hours of call.

• $72.50 per hour. 1st half hour charged in advance. Charged at end of job.

 3.) Emergency 2-3 hour, Home or Business Service. A tech will show up within 2-3 hours, 24/7. 

• $98.50 per hour. 1st hour charged in advance. Charged at end of job. 

We provide these 3 levels of service is in hopes of providing better and affordable service to everyone, based on their individual needs.

As our In-House bench service is a flat rate ($38.50 per PC) is can be advantageous to bring us your PC for repair, especially if infected, or the system will not boot. With every flat rate bench service we perform a full line of diagnostic and optimizational tools. These tools can take up to 18-24 hours to run depending on your system. When they are finished, your system will run like new.

 This level of service  can only be done economically from our bench. Our on-site technician will perform the most duties possible in the time frame allotted. Most times, getting the computer system operational is all the customer has time for, especially in the case of business's. 

 WE DO offer PC pickup and return for a small fee of $24.50.

 To prevent numerous identical return visits, we do recommend all badly infected or crashed systems to come to our bench for high level service and repair (Flat Rate). Most times our techs can get a system running again, but without detailed and exhaustive scans and repairs on the hard drive and registry the offending issue can return shortly.  

 In any case, we will do our very best to get your system/s in shape and functioning properly, in a timely manner, conducive to your budget.
